Arts Week - May 2015

Arts Week was a fantastic celebration of world cultures. It was wonderful to see all the students getting involved - and the staff too! Thank you to those who came to see the wonderful work our students had done. Thank you also to the Cast of Barnham (Circus Skills – Stratton Upper School), Skipping Man, and Scooter Team (stunts and road safety skills).

We hope that a new addition to our web presence will help you to better appreciate all that our students achieve - we have a new YouTube channel. We've already posted several videos on it, including some brilliant footage of Arts Week.

Please click here to visit our YouTube channel.

Please be aware that we have set up the videos so that no comments can be made or ratings given. We have done this with e-safety in mind.

We are delighted to announce that Andrew Barnes has won the ‘Biggleswade Sandy Lions Club Poster competition.  Andrews winning poster represented how the values ‘Peace, Love and Understanding’ will always overcome hate and war.

Andrew was presented with his award by Roger Wolburn.  Andrew received a £25 gift voucher and a certificate.  If his entry wins at county level, his work will be submitted to a countrywide competition and thereafter a national competition.

Good luck Andrew
